3. Products & Pricing
3.1 Product Description
The AÉRA Red Light Therapy Comb is a personal care device that combines 630nm red light therapy, EMS microcurrent technology, and radio frequency (RF) technology in a waterproof comb format. It is designed for at-home use to support scalp health and hair vitality.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
3.3 Product Images
While we make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, actual product appearance may vary slightly from images shown due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.
4. Orders & Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear to be fraudulent, exceed quantity limits, or contain incorrect pricing information.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods within the Sultanate of Oman:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank Transfer
COD orders may require phone verification before dispatch. Additional verification may be requested for first-time customers.
4.3 Order Confirmation
Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address or phone number provided. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it confirms that we have received your request.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver to all governorates within the Sultanate of Oman, including Muscat, Dhofar, Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Batinah North & South, Al Sharqiyah North & South, Al Dhahirah, and Al Wusta.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Muscat Governorate: 1–3 business days
- Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 business days
5.3 Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for all orders within Oman. Express delivery options may be available for an additional fee.
5.4 Delivery Issues
If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@aera.om. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, extreme weather, or force majeure events.
6. Returns & Refunds
Detailed return and refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. Key points include:
- 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery
- Product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories
- Return shipping costs are covered by AÉRA
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned product
7. Warranty
All AÉRA products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear of bristles or cosmetic surfaces
- Water damage resulting from use beyond IPX7-rated conditions
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements, is the intellectual property of AÉRA and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The AÉRA Red Light Therapy Comb is a personal care device intended for general wellness purposes. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AÉRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
