At AÉRA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our refund policy is designed to make returns simple and hassle-free.
1. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all AÉRA Red Light Therapy Combs purchased directly from our website. This means:
- You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price.
- No questions asked. We believe in our product and want you to try it with complete confidence.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is initiated within 60 days of the delivery date
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories:
- AÉRA Red Light Therapy Comb (WN-02)
- USB-C Charging Cable
- Premium Storage Pouch
- User Guide (English & Arabic)
- The product shows only normal signs of use consistent with the trial period
- The return authorization number (RMA) is clearly marked on the package
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased more than 60 days ago
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories (partial refund may be offered at our discretion)
- Products that show excessive damage beyond normal use, abuse, or deliberate mistreatment
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party platforms
4. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to return your AÉRA product:
- Contact Us: Email support@aera.om or call +968 1234 5678 with your order number and reason for return. We will verify your eligibility.
- Receive RMA Number: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: We will arrange a courier pickup from your address at no cost to you, or provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping within Oman is free of charge. We will arrange and pay for the return courier.
- Returns from outside Oman (if applicable) may incur shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
6. Refund Processing
6.1 Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2–3 business days.
6.2 Refund Timeline
- Card Payments: Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection is complete. Your card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please provide accurate bank details when requested.
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer. We will contact you to obtain your bank account details for the transfer.
6.3 Refund Amount
The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product(s) returned, including any shipping charges you paid. If only part of an order is returned, only the price of the returned items will be refunded (plus proportional shipping, if applicable).
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If your AÉRA product arrives defective, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aera.om with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange a replacement shipment at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Defective products are covered under our 1-year warranty (see Terms & Conditions for warranty details).
8. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Contact us immediately at support@aera.om or +968 1234 5678.
- After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns under our 60-day money-back guarantee. You may refuse delivery, and the package will be returned to us. A refund will be processed once we receive the returned package.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange your AÉRA comb for a different variant or accessory, please return the original product under our refund policy and place a new order for the desired item.
10. Refund Policy for Promotional Items
- If you received a discount or coupon on your order, the refund will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.
- Free gifts or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned if you are returning the main product. If free gifts are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from your refund.
